Antonio Arol born in 1923 in Écija, in a big family. He was the oldest of eight brothers and he expend his lifetime in andalusian country house called cortijo, surrounded of centenary olive trees that conformed the base of his family' economy. During the 60's, Antonio was consultant of italian companies which came to Spain to buy the best spanish olive oil to sell it like their own oil around the world, getting a great reputation thanks to Arol's oils selection for years.

Until his death in 2015 at the age of 92 years old, Antonio Arol was vinculated in oil's world. Now, his daughter take the relief and enlist in the mission of proclaim under their own olive oil brand, the most traditional and milenarian spanish olive oil.
